Energy givers vs energy takers
Do you know what things give you energy and what things suck your energy? I have been seeing this post go around on social media and thought it would be a fun and simple exercise to do here.
We all have things that give us energy and light us up and help us feel our best, while on the flipside, we all have things that take our energy and are draining. This can be a helpful exercise to reflect on the different things in each column and then examine your life and see where you can add things from the energy givers and remove things from the energy takers.
It is also helpful to keep your list on your phone or someplace close so when you are in a low mood, you can access it and do something from your energy givers list!
While everyone’s list will be a little bit different, I am sharing my list below for inspiration. Create your own and let me know what’s on your list!
