I’m Christine Jayne (aka Chrissy), a wellness consultant committed to helping you thrive in all areas of your life.
If there is one thing to know about me - it is that I love to learn. I enjoy researching the science behind that catchy news article, staying up to date on wellness trends, and studying different modalities.
I believe that life is meant to be lived and that your life should be filled with joy, presence, and fun, as well as consistent growth.
My life has always been pretty good, even really good. But during the forced slow-down and pause of the pandemic, I realized that I wanted more and began my spiritual and wellness journey in earnest. I got quiet, started regularly meditating, and began experimenting with and learning about different techniques. And my really good life has become even better. I have become more intentional, more present, more confident, and less reactive, and in the process became captivated by wellness, behavior change, and spirituality.
Whether you are already sitting on your meditation pillow surrounded by crystals or are very skeptical of it all, I invite you to just give it a try.
The tools I use in my sessions are the same ones that I use on myself so I know that they have the power to make a difference. I am eager to pass on my experience and knowledge and work alongside you to help you feel like your best, most present self.

When my nose isn’t buried in a book, you can find me hiking the many beautiful places along the California coast with my camera in hand, watching my favorite Boston sports teams, in the kitchen crafting a healthy new recipe, or working on my latest hobby – golf.
