I’ll work with you to determine what you want in life and how to get there.
My life has always been pretty good, hell even really good. But during the forced slow-down and pause of the pandemic, I realized that I wanted more and began my spiritual and wellness journey in earnest. I got quiet, started regularly meditating, and began experimenting with and learning about different modalities. And my really good life has become f*cking awesome. I have become more intentional, more present, more confident, and less reactive, and in the process have created things that have gone beyond my imagination.
The tools I used for myself are the same ones that I will customize and use with you. We will work together to help you connect to your true desires and wants, forgetting what you should do, what your family wants, what your friends want, what society dictates. You will visualize what you want in life and we will create a comprehensive plan that will focus on the internal and external, the practical and the spiritual, to help you get there.
After much trial & error and extensive research, I found my ideal balance and became captivated by nutrition, wellness, and spirituality in the process. I am eager to pass on my experience and knowledge and work alongside you to achieve your desired goals.
When my nose isn’t buried in a book, you can find me hiking the many beautiful places along the California coast with my camera in hand, watching my favorite Boston sports teams, in the kitchen crafting a healthy new recipe, or working on my latest hobby – golfing.

Cookbook: Practical Paleo by Diane Sanfilippo (I am not paleo but this cookbook has so many great, easy to follow recipes that can also be adapted)
