This is a question I get all the time – what does a health coach actually do?

There are many different definitions of health coaches out there but I like to think of us as partners on your health & wellness journey. We are a mix of a nutritionist, trainer, life coach, and tough love best friend. We will help you determine your health goals, find the why behind those goals, and implement the steps you can take to actually achieve those goals.

A health coach can help you increase your energy, improve your digestion, start a fitness plan, lose weight, and integrate any sort of health and wellness habit you want to start.

How to know if could benefit from a health coach (spoiler alert – you probably could)

· You have health & wellness goals you have had for a number of years but have been unable to make achieve

· You want to improve your diet and lifestyle but are overwhelmed by all the information out there

· You are tired of feeling deprived, frustrated, and exhausted

· You have a specific health plan from your doctor but are unsure how to go about making the necessary changes

· You want to finally ditch the diet and make sustainable changes

· You just want to feel better
